In the current healthcare environment, in spite of many attempts by digital health companies to sell directly to consumers, the care provider remains the most effective channel through which to engage with patients.  The B2B2C approach – selling tools for patient engagement to providers – provides a reliable pathway to the patient without creating additional, one-off tools that add more overhead than benefit.
